Vision and Values
Our vision and direction have been agreed by the entire school community and keep everyone focused on what we are trying to achieve for all our pupils.
High aspirations for every child/young person are at the heart of Pond Meadow’s vision, values and curriculum. The education we provide is learner driven, meaningful and strongly focuses on preparing pupils for life.
Our school values guide our thinking, underpin all that we do to work towards our vision and form the foundations of our curriculum: Learning, Respect, Equality and Independence. Our values sit well within Ofsted's framework which has a strong focus on Intent (design and sequencing of the curriculum), Implementation (through classroom teaching) and Impact (achievement of pupils).
