Pond Meadow Enterprise 

At Pond Meadow we provide opportunities for financial education, by empowering our students to design, make and sell items. This helps us to: 

• Support our young people to develop an understanding of money  
• Provide our young people with opportunities to develop employability skills 

The money raised from the items is spent on improving our school, as voted by our School Council.

For example in the Spring term 2022, the seed shop raised approximately £70 and pupils voted to go to the garden centre and buy plants to nurture and grow.

The students raised £28 through their shop. There are still cards available to buy!

Parents and carers and wider family members, if you would like to buy a bundle of cards, please send a contribution into school of 50p in an envelope labelled “Enterprise” via your class team. Your child will then choose the bundle and bring it home - Thank you for your continued support.
